Get to Know Us Alamo Sun Dried Beef is a family owned business established in 2018 in the outskirts of San Antonio, Texas. Owners David and Luis Zuazua set out to deliver to their community Mexican meat products that will trigger nostalgia for some, and introduce a delicious foreign tradition for others. Machacado con Huevo Recipe for family of 4 You will need: 4 oz of Alamo Sun Dried Beef Machado 8 large eggs 1/4 onion finely chopped 1/2 bell pepper (or 1 jalapeño for spicy flavor) finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped Vegetable oil Salt and pepper Tortillas (flour or corn) Instructions 1. Turn on stove to medium heat and place 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on pan. 2. Add chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper/jalapeño and add to the pan. Stir as needed for about 5 minutes until softened. 3. Add Alamo Sun Dried Beef Machacado to pan and mix with previously added ingredients. 4. Crack eggs into pan and mix. Stir until fully cooked. 5. Enjoy the delicious machacado with corn/flour tortillas of your choice.
