I’m a wife, mom, runner and outdoor enthusiast. While maintaining a healthy lifestyle has always been a top priority for me, it wasn’t until training for a marathon at the age of 50 that I discovered the mighty chia seed and quickly became a true believer in its unassuming power.
From the first day that I began incorporating chia into my lifestyle, I could tell a difference…a difference in my energy, endurance, gut health, the list seemed endless. How could such a tiny seed pack such an incredible punch? I became determined to find new ways to incorporate these nutrient-dense seeds into my daily routine, as well as the routines of everyone I knew!
I wanted to find a way to get everyone to eat chia and then it hit me - my favorite snack - crisp, crunchy cookies!
I employed the expertise of a local chef and together we created Audrey’s Chia Cookies. Packed with as many chia seeds as possible, each cookie is made with premium, natural ingredients.
