Ingredients: 1 Cali’flour Crust (recommend Italian), 2-3 T red sauce, 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c turkey pepperoni, parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves for garnish. Prepare Pizza Crust: Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust in an oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool of 10 minutes. Assemble Pizza: Apply a thin layer of sauce to the crust spreading to edge, then add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and grated parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 5-7 min to melt cheese. Remove from oven to cool and then top with basil. Enjoy!
Low Carb Nachos
Ingredients: 1Cali'flour Crust cut into triangular crisps, prepared meat of choice, shredded cheese, sliced olives, chopped tomatoes, black or refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, & fresh cilantro.Guacamole: Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, & lime juice. Add chunks of avocado. Salt to taste. Nachos: Layer Cali'flour crisps on a sheet or pie pan - add cheese, meat, beans, olives, & pico de gallo. Broil on high to melt the cheese ~2-4 mins. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro. Enjoy!
Easy Cheesy Low Carb Breadsticks
Ingredients: 1 Cali'flour Crust (any flavor), 1 1/2 T olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder), 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend or dried basil (omit if using Original Italian Crust), 1c shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4c grated Parmesan cheese, (opt) marinara or pizza sauce for dipping Pizza Crust: Pre-bake the crust in an oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan or a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment for 12-14 mins. Remove & cool for 10mins. Breadsticks: On stovetop, warm olive oil to medium heat, add garlic. Cook for 60 secs. Remove from heat. Add seasonings to oil. With a brush, spread over crust taking it to the edge. Top with cheese. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 mins to melt cheese. Remove from oven & let cool. Cut into strips. Enjoy!
Low Carb Quiche
Ingredients: 1 Cali’flour Crust, 6-8 eggs, 1/2c shredded cheese, 1/4c grated parmesan, 1c chopped spinach, 1c chopped spinach, 1c sauteed sliced mushrooms, 1/4c red onion sauteed, 1/4c bell pepper sauteed, 3-4 asparagus stalks roasted & chopped, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper. Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 400. Place one crust in base of pan then use additional crust to cut strips to form sides of crust. Place in oven to set up, about 5-7 min. Assemble Quiche: Whisk eggs, salt & pepper together & set aside. To the prepared crust pan, add veggies & shredded cheese. Fill with egg mixture & place in oven to bake at 350 about 20-30 min or until eggs set. Serve garnished with grated parmesan.
