Con Queso Sauce
Butter, salted 1 tbsp
Green Bell Peppers 1/2 cup small, diced
Chef-mate Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce 1 qt
Tomatoes, canned with juice 1 1/2 cups drained
Jalapenos, canned, diced 1 table spoon drained, fine diced
Cumin, ground 1 tea spoon
Garlic Powder 1 tea spoon
White pepper, ground 1/8 tea spoon
In a 3 quart saucepan over medium high heat, melt butter or margarine. Add peppers; sauté 2 minutes. Add Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce, tomatoes, diced jalapeños, cumin, garlic powder and pepper. Heat to a gentle boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and gently boil 1 minute, stirring frequently.
