Boil water and measure 16.9 oz. Pour the contents of the bag into the water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil). Pour the jelly into a salad bowl or a glass bowl and, after cooling, put in the fridge until concentrated. Use less water in hot weather. Remember that fresh kiwi fruit and pineapple prevent jelly setting.
