Add vegan lifestyle to your baking!
In a mixing bowl, add the brownie mix. Add 1/3 cup Almond flour mixed with 2 tsp. Xanthan gum.
Add an egg replacer powder (ENERG for example). For each egg, use 2 teaspoons of egg replacer powder mixed with 3 tablespoons warm water.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of soft vegan butter and mix well. Bake according to the instructions.
Cool completely for at least 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
