Pecan Bourbon Cocktail

Directions

Pecan Simple Syrup Bring water to a boil. Stir in brown sugar and Fisher Chef's Naturals Pecans. Turn down to the lowest setting. Simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool then fine strain out the pecans.
Cocktail Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with toasted Fisher Chef's Naturals Pecans

2 dashes bitters

1 1/4 cup water
1 cup brown sugar

Pecan pie is always rich and delicious. Whether it’s for a big holiday party or as the dessert after a family meal, this recipe for a classic pecan pie using Fisher Pecan Halves is sure to impress and satisfy.

Directions:

Stir corn syrup, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in eggs and vanilla; add pecan halves.
Pour filling into shell. Bake at 325°F for 55-60 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.

For a Fresh Twist: Melt ½ cup chocolate chips with the butter.
