Due to the large scale of shipments, transportation services are provided only through carrier freight services. Delivery will be arranged within 7 working days after the order is placed. Depending on the destination, the delivery time will be approximately 15 working days.

Our carrier will contact the customer before setting the delivery date/time/pickup location before attempting to deliver. Once the appointment is successful, a designated person will be required to sign the delivery. Our goods are "self-service" and "roadside delivery only", which means that we will not deliver to the house. The customer must pick up the goods from the truck and then move to their own residence by themselves.

Return policy:

In some cases, we do not allow free returns:

(1) Once we receive the shipping confirmation from the customer and the order has been shipped out and transferred via truck service, no cancellation request will be allowed.

(2) Returns based on customers' personal preferences and feelings will not be free.15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All large freight items must be returned in original packaging.
