Use sparingly near roots and more liberally towards ends. For deeper conditioning leave on for 1 to 3 minutes before rinsing. | Use on wet, clean hair,on ends.Leave for 2-3 minutes, rinse with warm water, then again with cool water. For INTENSE conditioning, work into hair, wrap with plastic and/or warm damp towel for 5-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm then cool water. | Work through wet, clean hair.
