INSTRUCTION - Make Your Own Boba Tea
Please follow the microwave guide to enjoy chewy and soft tapioca pearls.
- Microwave time is too short or wattage is too weak - texture will not be soft and chewy.
- Microwave time is too long or wattage is too strong - texture will be too soft.
Mushy? – IT'S NOT MUSHY! It's colloids of collagen and can be melted in beverage!
- This product contains collagen and might become mushy after heated due to the stickiness of collagen. Stir well in beverage after heated, collagen will be melted, and tapioca pearls will break to individual ones.
*** If tapioca pearls are not chewy after microwaved, microwave for 5 seconds more at a time until the desired consistency.
*** Rest the packet for 1 minutes after heated before serving.
*** For extra chewiness, please serve with iced beverage, the texture should be chewy and soft.
