We ditched the nitrites and grisly texture for bold, culinary-inspired, tender, slow-cooked cuts. The result? That’s why we are so excited to be right back where we started -in the heart of Sonoma- where the celebrated vineyards, coveted micro-climates and renowned gourmet outposts ensure that around here, quality is a way of life.
