Notes:

  • The maximum resolution and refresh rates are subject to your host device, display resolution as well as the cable used.
  • To manually adjust the resolution on Mac OS, hold down the "option" key and then click "Scaled".
  • To manually adjust the resolution on Window OS, go to "Windows Setting" - "System" - "Display".
  • If you want to play audio via the external HDMI device, please adjust the settings of "the default audio output device" in the system preferences.
  • Resolution limits to 2560x1440@60Hz on the new iPad Pro and only a few applications can deliver a full-screen display due to iOS limitations.

Q: Why can't I use LENTION adapter to connect my laptop and monitor to output 4K60Hz?

A: If you want to output 4K60Hz, you must ensure that the laptop, adapter, display all support 4K60Hz, that is, the laptop must have a USB-C interface with DP1.4 (DisplayPort1.4), and to ensure that the connection cable is HDMI2.0 or above to be able to output 4K60Hz.
