Accord is a blend of special phosphates which can be used in meat balls, meat loaves and sausages. The meat to be used must be fresh and cold. Grind it quickly. Add pinch of tapioca flour, pepper, garlic, salt. (Do not use fish sauce and condiments which give sour taste). Sprinkle Accord when nearly done. For meat balls, divide and form a nodule. Par boil until cooked (do not fully boil). For meat loaves, steam with low heat until cooked.
