Our story

How we got our start?

Marugo Company was established 1919 in the name of Marugo Tabi Company to start an integrated production of Jikatabi. The Company combined Tabi and Rubber, and created a new product of Jikatabi.

What makes our product unique?

In recent years, we have paid particular attention to the unique form and function of the Japanese footwear, "jika-tabi" footwear with the large toe separated from the other toes.

Why we love what we do?

Moving forward, we hope to continue to provide footwear to be used in sports, health, medical, and various other fields while developing new products in new categories.
