Chocolate Chips
The semisweet dark chocolate we use contains less sugar (typically half the amount) than other types, and a higher proportion of chocolate liquor and cocoa butter, which results in the rich and melt-in-your-mouth taste. Our chocolate is also dairy-free!

We use only fresh from-the-farm, Grade A eggs in our cookies.
