Shade Grown Our Organic Matcha is plucked from bushes that are intentionally shaded from the sun during the spring first flush.	Ground Ultrafine Finely-ground in sealed production rooms; the milling is slow and kept at cool temperatures to retain the tea’s fresh taste. Mighty Leaf Organic Matcha Green Tea is finely-ground in specially designed, sealed production rooms, using only the flesh of the green tea leaf.
