Black Pepper9. Turmeric10. Green Cardamom11. Cinnamon12. Clove13. Monosodium GlutamateSteps of Cooking:1. Fry thinly sliced onions (2 medium sized) in oil (1/2 cup) till golden brown. Add meat (1/2 kg), ginger & garlic paste (1 tbsp each), and fry for 5 minutes.2. Add National Curry Powder (3 tbsp), yogurt (1/2 cup) and cook for a few minutes. Then add water and cook till meat is tender and the water has dried.3. Add diced potatoes (2-3 medium sized) followed by water (1-2 cups) to the meat. Cover and cook on low flame till the potatoes are tender.4. Add 2-3 whole green chillies and turn off the flame. Delicious National Curry is ready.5.
