Turmeric7. Black Pepper8. Cardamom9. Cinnamon10. CloveSteps of Cooking:1. Heat oil, fry onions till light brown. Add ginger, garlic, chicken and fry for 5 minutes.2. Add National Murgh Cholay Recipe Mix, yogurt and fry for another 5 minutes.3. Add 1 cup of water and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.4. In a separate pan add 4 cups of water, soaked chickpeas, baking soda and cook on low flame for 30 minutes or till chickpeas are tender.5. Add chicken gravy to chickpeas. Cover and simmer on low flame for 15 minutes (Add water if needed).6. Delicious Murgh Cholay is ready. Garnish with green chilli, coriander leaves and ginger julienne.
