Queso Manchego - the famous Spanish cheese made from sheep milk, that is firm and has a great flavor.
Queso de Cabra - a Spanish goat's milk cheese that is creamy with a buttery sweetness and notes of lemon.
Queso Iberico - this interesting cheese is made from a mixture of cow's, sheep's, and goat’s milk. The rind of this cheese looks very much like a Manchego, but the cheese has its own particular flavor.
