Dennis Sherman discovered authentic barbecue while traveling South as a student. From that moment BBQ became his life passion and shortly afterwards started a BBQ and Deli in Maine.
Denny was unhappy with all the market-ready rubs and sauces as they had either too much salt and/or sugar so he launched his own all-natural, gluten-free products.
