Ritual Old Fashioned2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative 1 dash plain water 2 dashes bitters 1 oz. simple syrup Orange slice and cherry Mix bitters, simple syrup, and water. Add ice and Ritual Whiskey Alternative. Stir. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry. |
Ritual Ruby Rose Spritzer2 oz. Ritual gin alternative 3 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup Sparkling white grape juice, tonic or soda water Grapefruit slices and additional rosemary sprigs Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass with additional ice and top with sparkling grape juice, tonic or soda. Garnish with grapefruit slices and rosemary. |
Ritual Whiskey Sour2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative 3/4 oz. lemon juice 1/2 oz. simple syrup 1 egg white (see below) Lemon slice or wedge Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until frothy. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice or wedge, if desired. (Not crazy about egg white or prefer to make it vegan? Substitute with an equivalent amount of chickpea juice. We're passionate foodies and darn good cooks, so naturally Ritual started in our kitchens. Simple enough, right? Yeah, not so much. It took more than a year and hundreds of iterations to perfect our recipes. We learned how to blend jambu and prickly ash, how to reduce the oil in juniper and heighten the perfume of pine. We taste-tested vanilla from Madagascar against vanilla from China. We sought guidance from master chefs and held tasting sessions for the world’s best bartenders. We weren’t satisfied until it tasted and smelled and felt like the real thing.
Because we care what we put in our glass, our recipes are labors of love. Because we care what we put in our bodies, our flavors are all-natural with no allergens. Because we live on the planet, our packaging and shipping minimize waste. And because life is short, our company is still a group of friends. There are just more of us now.
