s.a.l.t. sisters Sriracha Sea Salt
Infuse your food with sweet heat with s.a.l.t. sisters Sriracha Infused Sea Salt. Fiery cayenne and crushed red pepper are enhanced by acidic vinegar and sundried tomatoes. Pungent aromatics garlic and onion add a savory base. Honey powder provides a sweet finish to your favorite dish.
Add a delicious burn to your favorite entrées, sides and snacks with this versatile peppery flavored sea salt! Toss with shrimp for an update to classic Shrimp Scampi. Add heat to your scrambled eggs. Enhance the natural buttery taste of avocado for a delicious side. Or, add some zing to your popcorn on movie night.

Tuna Poke Bowl with Sriracha Mayo - Serves 4
Sriracha Mayo - Stir together in a small bowl. Cover and keep chilled until ready to use.
4 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. Sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp. s.a.l.t. sisters Sriracha Infused Sea Salt
Sesame Soy Sauce - Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Stir in tuna cubes, coating well. Cover and keep chilled until ready to assemble bowls.
4 tbsp. soy sauce and ¼ - ½ tsp. wasabi paste
2 tsp. each of rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. each of raw cane sugar and ginger, peeled and grated
Additional Ingredients for Bowls
4 cups white or brown rice, cooked
2 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
2 cups sashimi-grade tuna, towel-dried and cubed
1 small English cucumber, thinly sliced
1 mango and 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
2 green onions, sliced and toasted sesame seeds
Assemble Bowls - Divide cooked rice into 4 bowls. Add additional ingredients over rice and sprinkle s.a.l.t. sisters Sriracha Infused Sea Salt before serving.
