Vanilla Bean honey is delicious drizzled over yogurt or oatmeal, mixed into whipped cream for a yummy pie topping or squeezed over fresh strawberries and ice cream. For all of the coffee drinkers that like a little touch of something sweet mixed in, you will never go back to your old sweeteners after trying Vanilla Bean honey in your morning brew. Please note it is normal for the beans to float to the top of the honey. When this happens, turn the bottle upside down for a few hours to redistribute. Although this is an infused honey, it is done so at a low temperature so that the honey remains in its raw state with the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in tact. Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply warm a pot of water on the stove or in the microwave. Remove the bowl and place your honey bear or jar in the warmed water until the crystals dissolve.
