Before grilling, make sure to scrape the koji from the chicken’s surface. Koji sears very easily, so make sure to also be careful with the heat to prevent too much charring. Ingredients ● 200g (0.5 lbs) Chicken Breast ● 2 tablespoons Shio Koji Powder ● 2 tablespoons Sake ● 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger ● 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Steps 1. Mix Shio Koji, Sake, Grated Ginger, and Soy Sauce in a ziplock. Then, add the Chicken Breast and let it marinate overnight or one day. 2. Heat a little oil in the frying pan over medium heat and grill the meat until a nice brown. Pour the remaining condiment mix to add flavor, and it is done. |
