The biggest hurdle I faced was finding a snack to satisfy my need for protein that wasn't filled with sugar, sodium, or other miscellaneous 'flavors'. The only solution I came up with was to make it myself without the full expectation that it would have as massive of a following as it does today. Fast forward a year later, I was quitting my job and selling jerky and trail packs to local businesses. Now, you can find The New Primal products in over 6,000 retail locations and I am proud to have created the first Paleo jerky product to hit grocery shelves back in 2012. What makes your product special?Beyond being the first, it is also the cleanest meat snack or shelf-stable marinade you'll find in the market.
