Our brewmaster skillfully combines honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals in our handmade gas-fired brew kettle to caramelize these ingredients. We then allow it to age just long enough to achieve peak flavor, a super creamy mouthfeel and frothy head. Cheers!
