To correctly make Southern biscuits you have to start with soft wheat. Our flour is milled within 30 miles from our kitchen and is delivered weekly (from on of the last family owned mills). You will see the difference when you open our package. Next we add premium butter that has been churned and dehydrated from a dairy in KY. Biscuits in the South have to be made with buttermilk and we use the finest sweet cream buttermilk that we can find. You will not find a Southern Biscuit Mix more Southern that ours.

Our biscuit mix contains 1.25 Lbs of real churned butter from KY and 6.75 cups of sweet cream buttermilk from PA
