Home Brewing
Grains of Paradise add a peppery taste, and a hint of citrus and pine aromas to your beer. Just use a 1/2 teaspoon for a 5 gallon batch. Can be crushed by using a rolling pin or a hammer and then add it to the boiling water for the last 2-5 minutes of the boil. Also works well with licorice root, molasses, orange peels & molasses.
