Important Reminder:

• To ensure the product is well secure, select a clean and smooth glass or ceramic tile wall to fix the product. Clean the wall area before you fix the product.
• To ensure the adhesive sticks to the wall and doesn’t fall off, do not stick the adhesive base with the mirror attached.
• To remove the adhesive base, use your nails or another tool to slightly lift the sides and pull it to remove from the wall.
• The no-residue adhesive base can be used three times in a row. If you feel that the adhesive stickiness decreases when you use it for the third time, use the hot setting of the hairdryer for approximately 10s to heat the adhesive base.
• When removing the product from the wall, start by removing the mirror frame, and slide the mirror support frame upwards to remove it from the adhesive base

Troubleshooting: The no-residue adhesive base is not firmly fixed on the wall?

• Possible Cause 1. The wall is uneven or not smooth --------- SOLUTION: Choose a glass or tile wall to fix the mirror.
• Possible Cause 2. There are stains on the wall --------- SOLUTION: Clean the wall before fixing the adhesive base.
• Possible Cause 3. The adhesive stickiness is decreasing--------- SOLUTION: Use the hot setting of the hairdryer for 10s to heat the adhesive base
• Possible Cause 4. You used the adhesive more than 3 times --------- SOLUTION: Use a new no-residue adhesive base.
