If you’re looking for a healthier pizza night option, this crust is a great alternative to regular wheat flour varieties that are high in calories, fat and added preservatives. Trader Joe’s Broccoli and Kale Pizza Crust contains 70 calories per 1/6 of the pizza, .5 grams of fat, 15 grams of carbs, no added sugar and 1 gram of protein. Not bad! It’s also gluten-free and made without eggs or milk (although, it states there may be traces of milk in the product so unfortunately, it’s not vegan, but it’s an excellent vegetarian option!).
