Since 1865, Weisenberger Mill has produced the highest quality flours at its old fashioned mill in Midway, Kentucky. Using locally sourced non GMO grains from area farmers, the gristmill works in small batches, powered by the South Elkhorn Creek, as it has for six generations. Certified as a Kentucky Proud product, Weisenberger continues to produce the “baker’s choice” of the Bluegrass.
