[Announcement] New generator: WSDL

Hello OpenAPI-Team

As part of a project of my company I wrote a generator for generating WSDL files (W3C WSDL 1.1). It has been suggested that I should make a pull request for this generator.

Most of the code has already been written - for the current version at least. So there still might be some things which have to be added in the future.

Are you interested in integrating a WSDL-generator into your repository?
