remove old dart-dio generator which will be replaced by dart-dio-next in a separate PR
remove left-over DartJaguarClinetCodegen class which was sunset a while ago and is unused

I will create another PR renaming dart-dio-next in a couple days. Just want to see a couple more open PRs merge before that.

```

These must match the expectations made by your contribution. You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example ./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/java*. For Windows users, please run the script in Git BASH.
