Description of the PR

Ensure that addProducesInfo(OpenAPI openAPI, ApiResponse inputResponse, CodegenOperation codegenOperation) works for the 2 cases discussed in #361 (closed).

This PR is just about adding unit-test, no changes to the existing implementation.
