I've tested it with Windows 10 and 7, node versions from ~5.0.0 up to 7.7.0.
Didn't managed to test it on 8 but it should be fine.

Add windows specific string for clearing the console.

* File headers BSD+Patents -> MIT

* BSD+Patents -> MIT

* mv create-react-app/index.js -> create-react-app/creteReactApp.js

* update to modern code style

* var -> cosnt

* set trailing-coma to es5 for prettier

* Lint internal scripts with eslint:recommended

* Warnings r bad

* Extract some utilities into a separate package

* Add utils dir to `files` in package.json

* Do not create an empty `utils` dir on eject
