Docs: discourage to react-snap & react-snapshot

Is your proposal related to a problem?

Pre rendering into static html files docs page recomends using react-snap or react-snapshot, but they haven't been maintained for at least a year. Therefore both have lots of unresolved issues.

Usage should be discouraged by pointing out their states and suggesting to contribute an alternative if found

Describe alternatives you've considered

Haven't found a posible alternative to them.

Additional context

It's my fault here, but I blindly followed the recomendations without checking the active state of the packages.
