It is unclear what 'bumping' means and the regular english dictionary has no explanation either. A more precise and clearer wording on how updating 'create-react-app' would be more helpful, perhaps enhanced with more details or examples. Even though it might not sound as 'hip' or 'l33t', this would be more helpful.
