Currently, the default app fails the following Lighthouse audit items:
- User can be prompted to Install Web App: Fails because there is no 192x192 icon.
- Configured for a custom splash screen: Fails because there is no 512x512 icon.
After adding the missing dimensions, I was able to pass these audit items. I thought it would be worth having them in by default.
