This documents how to create an app using yarn, I opted not to provide equivalent yarn commands for global installs, because it wouldn't really affect CRA, but I could add that if we should.
I also did not provide an equivalent for all npm run except at places where they take arguments or where it doesn't disrupt the reading flow. I could've missed some though.
