[2.0.2-wip] footerbar & topbar's inner container width issue.

After adding: https://github.com/twitter/bootstrap/commit/f3b6cf1d6d65ccc640152aa4edb88cbea05a8b45#L1R2560 I was wrong this issue still here. To look at this issue just use latest demo from 2.0.2-wip branch. To solve this I'm just removed ".navbar .container { width: auto; }"
