Padding issue on form-stacked input error

When adding the error class to an input that is a child of a form with class "form-stacked", there is no margin added to the left of the input so that it doesn't share the border of the red error bound box. Additionally, the label (which is above due to form-stacked) requires additional padding to not overlap the red error bound box.
