Adjust font size of header tags depending on baseFontSize

now that the default baseFontSize is at 14px, the header tags have been boosted too. But if i want to revert back to 13px for the baseFontSize, the headers are way too big for my font size. It would be great if they were calculated depending of the baseFontSize!
