Honestly it doesn’t really but that comes from a place of privilege I think. She’s Deaf. We had hearing aids since she was little, we learnt BSL, and we did speech therapy when she was learning to talk. Somethings need to be adapted eg fire alarms are flashing lights and we have lots of visual things around the house.

In no particular order:

- The old guy and Mama Corleone singing at Connie's wedding in the opening of The Godfather.

- The scene from Clue where they play "Life Could be a Dream" and stage the corpses to look like a party is happening.

- Jack Rabbit Slim's Twist Contest in Pulp Fiction.

- War drums/flaming guitar as the war party rolls out in Mad Max: Fury Road

- Marty playing Johnny B. Goode at the end of Back To The Future.
