What exactly is the white smudge suppose to be? I can't make out what I'm seeing.

The face is all twisted out. The nose is on the side of the head where the eat should be and the 2 eyes are on the sides. The smudge is the other eye dripping down as the gentleman is tripping balls looking up lol hope it helps seeing it.
