Any tips for taking photos of your artwork? Whenever I take photos of my artwork, it just never has the same effect as seeing it person.

I have the same. But i always find a spot by holding the sketchbook up and turn ut some ways to find the "good" look. But in this one its darker and not as good as in real life

What a relief lol. I was starting to wonder if my mind was playing tricks on me and maybe my art wasn’t as good as I thought it was lol
