Diet and exercise. drink water instead of anything, jog 3 miles a day, stop eating bread and potatoes. you’ll lose like 20 lbs in 4-8 weeks

Ever since I caught Covid months ago, I get out of break after a mile of jogging so I just walk now.

And that’s fine walking is almost just as good. The diet is the most important part, cut sugar and carbs
