When you say rinse, are you rinsing with just water or is there more involved?

Yeah, I just rinse with water! Here are the steps I follow:
- Dump out bladder
- fill willth warm water
- seal shut and shake
- drain some through the hose part, drain the rest out of the main cap
- hang dry with something to hold the bladder open \n*
