Wide as a size is a slippery slope. There is no definitive wide, each maker has their own metric. The above is a generalization applicable to many but not all. Brannock is the Lord and we need to preach that with BIFL shoes as buying a 12AA is far superior than just selecting 12 and going about your day if you are a 12AA person.
