They do. Date codes are stamped on the bottom.

I’ve got a few of these I grew up with and I’ve never been able to sort their age from the codes on the bottom. They just don’t line up or I’m missing something

Huge one - N945 12-(B)

Smaller Aladdin - NO. A-1357 Quart Wide Mouth

Aladdin with handle - NO. A-944DH Quart (94)

Lastly a NO. A-943B Pint which is stamped 0117

Here is the base from my 1969 Stanley Vacuum Bottle. If you look to the left of the logo in the center, you can see the date code stamp. It’s much smaller and less distinct than the other texts. In this case it is 00369, which is 1969.

Ah ha! So the big one I have is not marked. Second is 00173, gonna say 1994 for the one with the handle and the last one is actually 00171

So we have unknown, 1973, 1994 and 1971. Way closer than I was!

Nice work! 12-B is December 1962. 1994 is correct for the third one. Case solved!
