I have the Sennheiser PC38X and it's pretty solid. I use it for meetings so I've never rage quit and hurled it across the room, but it's pretty sturdy. I also like that it's got a mechanical switch that turns off the microphone when you flip it up, so you don't have to click a button or something to mute.
